Resch manages strategic operations within Basketball
Operations, including overseeing the basketball information and
research team, as well as the performance science and research team. During the team’s run to the
NBA Finals in the 2020-21 season, Resch worked as chief of staff/director of basketball strategy,
helping to assemble the team’s Western Conference title-winning roster. In addition to serving as
director of basketball strategy for the 2019-20 season, Resch has also held positions of basketball
strategy analyst and basketball operations analyst since his first position with the Suns as a basketball analytics intern in 2016.
